By accessing or using QRtistry at https://qrtistry.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

QRtistry provides tools to generate static and dynamic QR codes, customize their appearance, track scans, and manage campaigns. Features vary by plan.

Static QR codes are generated client-side and encode your URL directly in the image. Dynamic codes rely on our redirect infrastructure and remain subject to these terms while active.

Some features use a workspace token stored in your browser. Sign-in links and customer accounts associate your workspace with an email address.

You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping access to your email account secure.

Static QR code generation is free. Dynamic codes may be purchased individually or included with a paid Agency subscription as described on our pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the Stripe customer portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes apply to new purchases and renewals after the effective date.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Redirect to malware, phishing, illegal content, or sites that violate applicable law.
• Harass, spam, or deceive people who scan your codes.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access other users' data, or probe our systems without authorization.
• Resell or misrepresent the service in a way that suggests official partnership without permission.

You retain ownership of URLs, labels, and materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service — for example, to redirect scans and show analytics.

You represent that you have the right to use the destinations and branding you configure.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice.

Printed static codes continue to work without our servers because the URL is embedded in the image. Dynamic codes require our infrastructure to remain active.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRtistry and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
