Hosted scan pages

Every $9 dynamic code can send scanners to a branded link page on QRtistry — or keep redirecting straight to any external URL. Your printed QR never changes; you choose and edit the scan destination in the dashboard.

When to use one

Hosted scan pages work well when you want one QR on a poster, table tent, or product tag to surface several actions — menu + reservations, ticket + schedule + socials, or a campaign hub with video and signup links. You get a clean mobile page without building or hosting a separate site.

How scans resolve

The QR always encodes your short link (/r/{codeId}).
QRtistry records the scan and checks the code's scan destination setting.
If the destination is Hosted page, scanners land on your page at /p/{pageId}.
If the destination is External URL, scanners redirect to your chosen link (same as a classic dynamic code).

Set up in the dashboard

Open the dashboard and select a dynamic code.
Scroll to Scan destination in the analytics panel.
Choose Hosted page instead of External URL.
Fill in the sections below and click Save hosted page.
Use Preview or Live page to confirm the public URL before printing.

Switching destinations

You can toggle between a hosted page and an external URL anytime — the QR image on your print materials stays identical. Analytics continue on the same dynamic code. Scheduled destination swaps (Agency) apply to external URLs; hosted pages are edited directly in the dashboard.
